Who are we ?

We are Isabelle and Pablo Jeanpert, a duo of mother-son experts and are committed to transforming challenges into opportunities, helping high-potential entrepreneurs successfully navigate entrepreneurship to achieve their great vision.

Like you perhaps, we have often felt a feeling of disconnect, a feeling of not being in our place. Isabelle has long felt different, foreign to those around her, despite her desire for education, a taste for helping others, and multiple talents.

The arrival of Pablo marks a turning point. Very early on, he showed an insatiable thirst for knowledge, but the school failed to meet his needs, which led to isolation and deep weariness. Faced with these challenges, Isabelle decided to take matters into her own hands and support him to find a path that suits him.

It was by forming a “team”, finding a framework and a structure that we managed to overcome these obstacles. We both discovered our neuroatypicality and our high potential (at different times) and turned this journey full of pitfalls into real strength. Pablo was able to obtain his certificate as a free candidate with honors, despite the difficulties. 

We have supported thousands of families through 4 pillars: education, well-being, family harmony and guidance, often with a fifth: detection, in order to detect and define the richness of profiles beyond high potential, via personality tests, questionnaires, etc.

We were the first in the French-speaking world to approach the support of high-potential adolescents from a practical angle.

This experience led us to co-write “Parents d’ados à Haut Potentiel : les 80 clés dont on ne vous a jamais parlé !”, a best-selling guide upon its release in May 2022, based around these 5 pillars.

It was by creating and presenting a showference around our story that we realized that our adventure was not over. After forming a team in family harmony, we realized that we also formed one in entrepreneurship! We have 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, 4 of which we share. And here again, the construction of our expertise has not been a long, quiet river: like you no doubt, we have followed many training courses which imposed ways of doing things on us, which seemed meaningless to us, and applied them before questioning everything.

This is how our path evolved towards supporting entrepreneurs, where we use our experience to help other neuroatypicals structure their projects, overcome challenges, and achieve the clarity necessary to succeed on this path.

Today, with the strength of this journey, we know how essential it is to structure your projects and not feel alone in the face of challenges. We are here to support you on your journey, so that you too can move forward calmly towards your goals.

Entrepreneurship requires adaptation, innovation, great work capacity, a good memory (or failing that, great organization, in order to remember people, tools, events… which can open up opportunities for you), a taste for freedom …many things that HPs and neuroatypicals love and generally excel at !
